Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent is required

Previous experience in activities coordination, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting

Strong interpersonal skills with a warm, approachable demeanor

Creativity and enthusiasm in developing and leading activities

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to adapt activities to various physical and cognitive abilities

Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Proficient computer skills and activity planning software
