Job Description: Manufacturing Engineer

We are seeking a Manufacturing Engineer to assist in executing process improvements and troubleshooting processes to increase production efficiency within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This individual will also focus on procurement and installation of new capital equipment and calculate the ROI associated with these purchases.

Responsibilities

Execute process improvements to increase production efficiency.

Troubleshoot manufacturing processes to identify and resolve issues.

Procure and install new capital equipment.

Calculate the ROI associated with new equipment purchases.

Focus on tooling and plant layout.

Implement lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.

Collaborate with production staff and other engineers to optimize manufacturing processes.

Essential Skills

Six Sigma

2+ years working in a manufacturing environment

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering related field

Adaptable and flexible to work in a fast-paced, frequently changing manufacturing schedule

6+ months working experience in manufacturing

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $65000.00/yr.
