Job Description

As a Software Engineering Intern, you will be working with a global team of Software developers, Product Owners and managers to develop the software for a large-scale infotainment project.

Job responsibilities

Collaborate with Software Engineering team to build innovative solutions while bringing new ideas, technologies, and methodologies to the table

Support the test engineering team with setup and execution, manage test requests and issue reproduction requests, and assist in data collection and analysis of test failures.

Assist with defect management in reporting defect status, trends and metrics for stakeholders, and reviewing processes to identify areas for improvement

Assist in Project management processes and tools (team structure, schedule formats, progress reports, financial reports, presentations, forecasting & tracking tools).

Exhibit excellent customer service and customer satisfaction capabilities.

We are seeking a candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, a genuine passion for learning, and problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and a readiness to take on any task, regardless of size. Additionally, strong collaboration and communication skills, coupled with a desire to embrace new challenges in a dynamic environment, are crucial.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

Pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering (Computer, Software, Automotive, or Electrical)

At least a sophomore class standing

Effective oral and written communication skills.

Basic PC skills to track project status; strong Microsoft Tools experience (Excel, PPT, Word, and MS Project)

A minimum 3.0 GPA

Must be at least 18 years of age

Minimum 25 hours a week

Preferred Qualifications:

Must possess relevant experience and/or training in languages such as C, C++, C# or Python

Ability to integrate in an international project team.
