Join our team as a Sales Associate, you have the opportunity every day to make a difference in the lives of seniors by selling our community lifestyle to prospective customers. Working closely within the sales team, you will initiate and assist with all customer interactions throughout the sales cycle including telephone sales, in-person appointments, financial interviews, and events.

Compensation: Starts at $22 an hour, commensurate with experience.

How you will make an impact

Assume a leadership role in both pre-and post-reservation sales processes

Assess customers' needs and make decisions on @type and quantity of information to provide

Meet with prospective residents to evaluate their financial status

Conduct sales appointments, provide community tours and handle customer follow-up activities

Promote the community and participate in all marketing events and functions

Participate in community activities and meetings to enhance the relationship between the sales office and other community departments

Produce professional written communication to prospects and organizational partners

What you will need

Prior experience may be considered in lieu of education on a case by case basis.

Previous sales and/or marketing experience preferred.

Previous experience working with a long sales cycle (12 - 18 months) strongly desired.

Proven technology skills
