Job Title: General Production Worker

Job Description

We are now hiring multiple general production workers across all shifts in Kennebunk, ME. In this role, you will be responsible for unpacking, cleaning, inspecting, and loading various materials into machines. You will use various production machinery and tools to complete tasks efficiently and accurately. Additional duties include documentation, materials transport, inspection, and assembly. This position requires you to work on foot for the majority of the day and perform team lifts for heavy objects. Safety glasses and safety shoes are mandatory.

Responsibilities

Unpack, clean, inspect, and load materials into machines.

Operate various production machinery and tools.

Document processes and materials used.

Transport materials within the facility.

Inspect products for quality assurance.

Assemble components as required.

Work on foot for the majority of the shift.

Perform team lifts for heavy objects.

Essential Skills

Ability to work in ITAR Facility.

Good attitude, attendance, and work ethic.

Previous industrial or similar experience (6+ months).

Ability to work for the duration of the shift on feet.

Strong mechanical or technical skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment.

Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.

Work Environment

The work environment is a large manufacturing warehouse with clean or semi-cleanroom conditions. You will work in a team setting with medical equipment, ensuring a collaborative and supportive atmosphere.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Kennebunk, Maine.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
