Now Hiring: Office Manager - Greenville, SC

TC Services is looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. This role plays a crucial part in keeping our operations efficient, supporting cross-functional departments, and ensuring our systems and processes are well-managed and compliant.

Position Details:

Job Type: Full-time

Schedule: Monday to Friday

Location: Greenville, SC

Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 per year (based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Operations & Procurement

Order and manage consumables and supplies

Maintain office inventory and oversee procurement

Schedule and coordinate office-related services (landscaping, HVAC, telecommunications, etc.)

Systems Management

Use the CRM to enter and manage supply orders, customer profiles, and facility schedules

Oversee specifications, templates, and customer communication in CRM

Maintain CIMS compliance and binder to ensure readiness for audits and renewals

Finance & Billing

Process invoicing for internal departments

Manage QuickBooks entries

Track and follow up on accounts receivable

Incident Handling

Coordinate follow-up and documentation for workplace injuries

Communication & Culture

Plan and schedule team-building and office events

Handle business card requests, W9s, COIs, and vendor packet distribution

Customer Communication

Monitor both the CRM platforms and respond to customer messages within 24-48 hours

Quality Control

Perform inspections when needed

Monitor and schedule quality inspections

Verify service quality scores

Ensure all sites are up to date with:

CIMS credentials

Completed checklists

SDS sheet availability

Proper labeling of bottles

Adequate levels of chemicals, supplies, and consumables
