Our client, a leading organization in the client services industry, is seeking a Sr. Executive Assistant to join their team. As a Sr. Executive Assistant, you will be part of the training administration team supporting various training initiatives. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a knack for problem-solving which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Sr. Executive Assistant

Location: Newark, CA

Pay Range: Up to $35/hour

What's the Job?

Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to company policies while demonstrating integrity and professionalism.

Plan, develop, organize, and monitor training courses conducted by the organization.

Manage logistics for in-person classes, including scheduling hotels, tracking materials, and accounting for expenses.

Perform bookkeeping tasks, including expense auditing and profit & loss reporting.

Coordinate and review written communications for clarity and effectiveness.

What's Needed?

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Docs & Sheets, and Adobe Acrobat.

Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills.

Able to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. unassisted and some travel may be required.
