At the heart of this mission is the People Data Platform (PDP), the foundational layer enabling Meta's entire family of apps and services, including Threads, Facebook, Instagram, Meta Ai, Biz Ai, and Reality Labs, to deliver world-class experiences to billions of users worldwide.We are seeking an exceptional Product Manager to lead a critical dataset and core Meta Products across Meta's family of apps. This is a high-impact, strategic role designed for visionary product leaders who thrive on scaling platforms, driving innovation, and creating long-term value across complex ecosystems. You will define and execute the future of Meta's centralized data platform, empowering teams across the organization to build faster, innovate more effectively, and drive substantial user growth, engagement, and monetization.

Required Skills:

Product Manager, People Data Platform Responsibilities:

Craft and drive a compelling long-term strategic roadmap for the foundational data infrastructure at Meta, ensuring best-in-class scalability, reliability, and performance.

Build and enhance large-scale, reusable data systems that streamline innovation and product development across Meta's vast portfolio of apps.

Champion a self-service, user-focused approach, dramatically improving usability, adoption, and satisfaction across internal stakeholders.

Direct cross-functional collaboration with engineers, data scientists, TPMs, and executive leaders to ensure alignment, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and maximize platform investments.

Establish unified, high-quality datasets as the authoritative source of truth, empowering rapid, confident decision-making across teams and products.

Develop clear, impactful frameworks to measure and continuously improve data accuracy, platform performance, and business outcomes, spanning across growth, engagement, and monetization.

Communicate persuasively with executives, technical teams, and business stakeholders, translating complex data solutions into strategic business insights and outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:

8+ years of proven product management experience, particularly driving foundational data platforms, infrastructure projects, or large-scale consumer internet services.

Demonstrated strategic leadership with experience defining and executing roadmaps at significant organizational scale.

Demonstrated understanding of business analysis, data modeling, infrastructure scalability, and performance management.

Technical acumen, particularly around large-scale data systems, data pipelines, ingestion, and machine learning infrastructure.

Collaboration, leadership, and executive communication skills, experience influencing at all levels of the organization.

Track record of delivering measurable, strategic impact to platform performance, data quality, and organizational effectiveness.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience building analytics platforms or machine learning data infrastructure within leading technology platforms, digital media companies, or consumer-facing internet organizations.

Experience managing high-visibility, strategic initiatives at scale, including influencing executive-level stakeholders.

MBA or equivalent strategic business experience is advantageous.

Technical degree (Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field) strongly preferred.

Public Compensation:

$171,000/year to $238,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
