Eastham is looking for a driven and collaborative individual for the
full-time, 40 hour per week position of Treasurer/ Collector who is
motivated to excel in customer service and to improve our operations and
efficiency in our busy Finance Department. Our collaborative environment

responsible for tax & utility billing collections and administration,
local revenue collections, cash & treasury management, payroll
withholdings processing, investment of funds, borrowing & debt service
management, disbursement of funds and all similar or related duties. The
salary range for this position ranges from \$99,867 to \$124,720
annually. In addition to a competitive salary, the following benefits
are available for full-time positions: comprehensive health, dental, and
vision insurance; employee assistance and wellness programs;
participation in the Barnstable County Retirement System; and generous
paid time off, including vacation days, personal days, and holidays.

accounting, business administration, or closely related field; at least
5 years of professional accounting experience of which at least 2 years
is in a municipal setting; demonstrated experience with financial
management systems and common financial software applications;
demonstrated learning specifically applicable to Massachusetts municipal
finance; or any combination of education and experience demonstrating
equivalence. Special Requirements: Certification from the Massachusetts
Treasurers/Collector\'s Association and be certified in both the
treasury and collection function within three (3) years of appointment.
Must be able to be bonded.
