Job Title: Supply Chain Analyst

Job Description

The Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and interacting daily with all OEM production and service portals. This role ensures the seamless processing of inbound customer EDI and aligns customer received and shipped figures for both production and service parts.

Responsibilities

Monitor, maintain, and interact daily with all OEM production and service portals.

Ensure the successful processing of the plant's inbound customer EDI to guarantee receipt for all customers, including service parts.

Ensure that customer received and shipped figures are aligned for both production and service parts.

Serve as the primary plant customer contact for both production and service parts, addressing shipping, transportation, and carrier issues; packaging concerns; receiving discrepancies; release matters.

Create pick lists from the customer EDI to inform the shipping teams what to ship for both production and service parts and communicate this to staff.

Monitor shipment activity to ensure that customer shipping requirements are 100% satisfied for both production and service parts.

Maintain the plant's customer routing details and communication contacts within the portal as required.

Review service schedules from all customers and coordinate with the master schedulers to ensure timely completion and shipment of service parts.

Monitor and manage all MRO purchase needs as directed by internal teams, including creating, managing, and communicating delivery status.

Support accounts payable needs regarding MRO orders and receipts.

Source new vendors to find better prices when necessary, while corporate dictates most vendor choices.

Handle some production purchasing as needed, working closely with production supervisors to see shipments and determine which components need to be ordered.

Understand timelines for shipping and be proactive in managing and anticipating supply chain needs.

Essential Skills

At least 1 year of experience in supply chain

Experience working within OEM portals

ERP experience

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain or Business

AS400 experience

Work Environment

Mix of office and warehouse environment. 8 employees onsite. Flexible start time, which leaves to flexible leave time. Team that prides themselves on a great work-life balance. Consultant will receive one week of vacation in 6 months and six major holidays paid off.

6-month contract to hire

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.84 - $36.06/hr.
