Job Title: Accounting Specialist

Job Description

This Accounting Specialist will be responsible for processing biweekly payroll, managing the accounts payable and receivable functions. The role involves applying incoming payments, processing invoices, matching them with purchase orders, cutting weekly checks, and performing vendor maintenance.

Responsibilities

Process biweekly payroll

Manage accounts payable and receivable functions

Apply incoming payments

Process invoices and match them with purchase orders

Cut weekly checks

Perform vendor maintenance

Essential Skills

3+ years of experience processing payroll for over 50 employees

3+ years of experience processing invoices and matching them with purchase orders

3+ years of vendor maintenance experience

Experience in invoicing (either on the A/P or A/R side)

Proficiency with large-scale ERP systems such as SAP, SAGE, Oracle, Workday, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor

Ability to work within pivot tables and Vlookups

Work Environment

The work environment is fully onsite, with an open office concept. The working hours are from 8am to 5pm.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.50/hr.
