LATRO is a multi-national technology company. The Financial Specialist will manage the bookkeeping and financial activities of the company's United States based operating company which consists of less than twenty employees and contractors. You will support the corporate financial team by preparing the US general ledger for consolidation into the overall company US GAAP compliant financial reporting and forecasting. In addition, the role is responsible for monthly payroll processing of the US based staff as well asother support to HR and Management functions in the business including financial planning and analysis.

The position requires regular in-person reporting to the company's headquarters office in Lancaster, PA.

Salary: $45,000-$55,000 annual Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Time Off

Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate financial records, including posting transactions to correct general ledger accounts, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

Provide inputs to regular weekly, monthly, and quarterly management reporting.

Process monthly payroll for employees, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Manage bank transactions (outgoing wires, ACH), reconciling statements and resolving discrepancies.

Reconcile credit card statements, entering transactions into the general ledger.

Oversee accounts receivable -- including generating and issuing invoices based on internal billing processes, providing A/R aging reports to stakeholders, and escalating to senior leadership as necessary.

Manage payables and processing of supplier invoices.

Maintain and update fixed asset and depreciation schedules to ensure accurate tracking and compliance with accounting standards.

Provide ad-hoc financial reports as requested by the senior management team.

Assist with budgeting and forecasting activities.

Assist with tax preparation and filings.

Collaborate with the finance team to optimize financial processes and systems.

Provide support during audits and financial reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience.

Experience with payroll processing and working with a PEO (Trinet) preferred.

Proficiency in Quick Books Online accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Power Query, and Power BI.

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team, international experience a plus
