Job Title: Banking Services Specialist

Pay: $16-$18 Depending on experience

Job Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Open new accounts including checking, savings, CDs, trusts, estates, and safe deposit boxes.

Prepare verification and attorney letters (estate, trusts).

Handle minor account letters and zero/low balance account maintenance.

Manage phone calls and sort incoming mail.

Process IRA notices and checks.

Apply postage to outgoing mail.

Address customer issues such as balancing checkbooks, wires, changing signers, closing accounts, change of addresses, and error resolution.

Generate debit card reports.

Perform phone transfers, loan advances, account balance inquiries, check clearances, and deposit verifications.

Assist customers with online banking setup, password resets, lockouts, and problem-solving.

Order checks and resolve check ordering issues.

Fill in on the teller line as needed.

Maintain internal records for safe deposit boxes.

Qualifications:

Previous experience in banking or a related field is required.

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Ability to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using banking software and online banking platforms.
