Core Responsibilities
The Key Account Manager supporting the Walmart Account is a central member of the team and is a vital contributor to ensuring business needs are met and flawless execution is delivered.
Lead and execute overall assortment strategy - driving the planogram/modular planning process. Owning both internal and account stakeholder management, alignment and communication.
Collaboratively plan locked launch volume with account and market operations - input and maintain launch plans in locked volume systems
Support key account team and BU stakeholder's with insights and analytics - establish and develop relationship and ways of working with Analytics & Insights Team.
Lead business prospecting and blue-sky insights generation - identifying opportunities across audiences, themes, geographies and channels/formats with a focus on improving assortment strategy
Support the development and delivery of the Joint Business Planning (JBP) Process and Integrated Commercial Planning (ICP) Process
Support Account Planning Process (CCP) with insights and analytics

As a team member supporting one top accounts in the US market, this role is vital in delivering against our collaborators needs and expectations as well as achieving both team and company goals and ambitions.
Exceptional team collaboration is required in a fast paced, constantly changing retail environment. The position also requires strong results-orientation and networking skills, with responsibilities spanning across end-to-end business functions. Attention to detail and ability to motivate will make you a key member of the team as you help us ensure we're constantly setting a higher standard.

Do you have what it takes?
Proven sales experience in consumer packaged goods
Proven account management skills with an insights- based approach to serve the needs of both the LEGO Group and the customer
Strong analytical capabilities and ability to turn insights into actions
Proven expertise in negotiation and planning (including turning plans into accomplishments)
Strong professional abilities including solid intuition for business, collaboration, communication, team orientation and integrity
Ability to manage multiple priorities working across several functions by leveraging strong planning and organizational skills leading to effective and timely execution
Self-motivated, creative and results driven
Experience in Microsoft Excel required

Compensation
The salary for this position has a range of $113,000 - $169,500 based on anticipated responsibilities, market benchmarks, and organizational constraints. The LEGO Group carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, including but not limited to prior experience, skills, expertise, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law. The comprehensive remuneration details, inclusive of benefits, will be communicated upon finalization of the employment offer.
