Job Title: ServiceNow Business Analyst The ServiceNow Business Analyst plays a crucial role in reviewing analyzing and evaluating user needs to create effective solutions that align with overall business strategies. They will be responsible for capturing business requirements in the form of agile stories and workflows ensuring that these requirements are articulated clearly for developers. Effective communication with all stakeholders throughout the requirements gathering and testing process is vital to the success of the projects. Additionally they will manage the teams work queue as needed and ensure that development timelines are met. This position requires a detail-oriented individual who can work collaboratively with various teams to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities - Document requirements and create clear specifications that can be understood by the ServiceNow development team - Enable agile methodologies and capture business requirements in agile stories - Liaise with stakeholders and developers to ensure that the solutions developed meet the needs of the business and its users - Provide proper communications to all stakeholders throughout the requirement and testing process - Manage the team work queue as needed Qualifications To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Education Level: Bachelor's Degree Education Details: Business Information Technology Computer Science or related field Experience: 3 years experience in functional operational business data systems or testing analysis. In Lieu of Education In lieu of a Bachelor's degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience. Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated ability to deliver high quality effective deliverables on-time and be a valuable contributor to the development of cost-effective solutions. Moderate understanding of business analysis core competencies Knowledge Skills and Abilities KSAs Strong time-management and organizational skill Proficient Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Proficient Ability to organize stakeholder meetings Proficient Microsoft Office applications usage Proficient The incumbent is required to immediately disclose any debarment exclusion or other event that makes them ineligible to perform work directly or indirectly on Federal health care programs. Must be able to effectively work in a fast-paced environment with frequently changing priorities deadlines and workloads that can be variable for long periods of time. Must be able to meet established deadlines and handle multiple customer service demands from internal and external customers within set expectations for service excellence. Must be able to effectively communicate and provide positive customer service to every internal and external customer including customers who may be demanding or otherwise challenging.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $36.00/hr.
