Why Bally's? The recent acquisition of Aspers Casino in Newcastle, UK, further expands its international footprint and enhances its diverse entertainment offerings. It also owns Bally's Interactive International, formerly Gamesys Group, a leading, global, interactive gaming operator, Bally Bet, a first-in-class sports betting platform, and Bally Casino, a growing iCasino platform. With 10,600 employees, the Company's casino operations include approximately 15,300 slot machines, 580 table games, and 3,800 hotel rooms. Bally's also has rights to developable land in Las Vegas post the closure of the Tropicana. Upon completion of the announced merger with The Queen Casino & Entertainment Inc. ("Queen"), the above portfolio is expected to be supplemented with four additional casinos across three states, one of which will be an additional state that expands Bally's jurisdiction of operations to include the state of Iowa. Queen will also add over 900 employees, and operations that currently include approximately 2,400 slot machines, 50 table games, and 150 hotel rooms to the Bally's portfolio. Bally's will also become the successor of Queen's significant economic stake in a global lottery management and services business through its investment in Intralot S.A Role: The Guest Services Representative is the first point of contact to players and guests and expect to provide Bally's Standard Service. Have knowledge to all Marketing monthly promotions and encourages guests to enroll to Bally's Rewards Program/Players card. Responsibilities: Maintains a professional, friendly and courteous atmosphere that provides guests with an exceptional gaming experience. Assists guests, players, and Slot Hosts with all requests in a professional and timely manner. Explains the Bally's Rewards program in detail. Effectively markets the Bally's Rewards program to all new casino guests and actively enrolls new members. Evaluates play and issues complementary amenities based on established guidelines. Utilizes all aspects of the Player Tracking System. Stays informed about all Slot and Table Games activities and events. Maintains general knowledge of the properties. Inputs all player information into the database system and issues player cards. Complies with all company's policies and procedures, as well as Colorado Gaming rules and regulations Performs other job related duties as requested. Qualifications: Must be 21 years of age or older. Must be able to obtain and maintain a gaming license issued by the Colorado Division of Gaming. Must have a high school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred. A minimum of six months of related experience and training. Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Must be procient in the entire Microsoft Suite and must be able to learn other software systems easily. Must be able to work weekends weeknights and holidays
