Description

We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Administrator in Baytown, Texas. Your primary focus will be on processing and tracking payment, collections (as needed), answering phones, organizing files and keeping track of receipts.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process incoming payments and manage accounts receivable

Handle accounts payable ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded

Undertake account reconciliation tasks to maintain accurate financial records

Organize receipts and financial documents for easy retrieval and auditing purposes

Respond to collection calls and resolve customer inquiries in a timely manner

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and invoice processing tasks

Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action where required

Assist in billing processes, ensuring all invoices are accurately processed and recorded.

Requirements

Possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in an accounting role

Ability to perform account reconciliation efficiently

Demonstrated skills in data entry

Proficiency in using Microsoft Excel for data management
