Location: Elevance Health supports a hybrid workplace model (virtual and in-office) with PulsePoint sites used for collaboration, community, and connection. This includes remote work and 1-2 days in office per week. Alternate locations may be considered. The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of one of our Elevance Health PulsePoint locations.

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing strategic marketing direction and market intelligence.

How You Will Make an Impact

Primary duties may include, but are not limited to:

Leads single-touch communications that help drive Carelon Health and/or CarelonRx growth, increase member & patient satisfaction, and drive positive behavior changes.

Develops marketing brief, in partnership with manager, and ensures all components are completed before execution-each plan must have measurements.

Ongoing oversight of active communications even after launch (includes collateral and direct to member).

Supports new market launches and identifies/tracks impact to member marketing efforts.

Minimum Requirements

Requires a BA/BS degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences

Experience in health care industry preferred.

Associates in this role are expected to have strong oral, written and interpersonal communication skills, problem-solving skills, facilitation skills, and analytical skills.

Elevance Health operates in a Hybrid Workforce Strategy. Unless specified as primarily virtual by the hiring manager, associates are required to work at an Elevance Health location at least once per week, and potentially several times per week. Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location.
