Marketing Generalist

Job Description:

We are seeking a versatile Marketing Generalist with a strong background in technical content writing, videography, photography, SEO, analytics, and event support. The ideal candidate will excel in creating engaging marketing materials and providing support for seminars, conferences, booths, and other general marketing activities. Experience with website design and CMS is a plus. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to our brand's growth and visibility in the market.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation:

Write compelling technical content for a variety of mediums, including blog posts, white papers, case studies, and social media posts.

Develop scripts and storyboards for marketing videos and oversee the production process from conception to completion.

Capture high-quality photographs and videos to support marketing initiatives, product launches, and events.

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify opportunities for optimizing website content and improving search engine rankings.

Implement on-page SEO strategies, including metadata optimization, internal linking, and content optimization.

Monitor SEO performance metrics and trends using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console to make data-driven decisions.

Analytics and Reporting:

Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and other analytics platforms.

Generate regular reports to evaluate the performance of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

Website Design and CMS Management (Plus):

Collaborate with web developers and designers to maintain and update the company website.

Utilize CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Drupal) to publish content, manage site structure and make design enhancements.

Ensure website functionality, usability, and responsiveness across desktop and mobile devices.

Event Support:

Provide support for seminars, conferences, and trade shows, including pre-event planning, logistics coordination, and on-site assistance.

Assist in the design and production of marketing materials for event booths, including banners, brochures, and promotional items.

Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure successful execution of events and maximize brand visibility.

General Marketing Activities:

Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.

Support social media marketing efforts by creating content, scheduling posts, and engaging with followers.

Assist in market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing activities with overall business objectives.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced

degree preferred.

Proven experience in marketing roles with a focus on content creation,

videography, photography, SEO, analytics, and event support.

Strong writing and storytelling skills, with the ability to communicate technical

concepts in a clear and engaging manner.

Proficiency in videography and photography techniques, including shooting,

editing, and post-production.

In-depth understanding of SEO best practices and tools, such as Google

Analytics, SEMrush, or Moz.

Experience with website design and CMS platforms is a plus (e.g., WordPress,

Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret

data and derive actionable insights.

Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to

multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

Compensation Information:

Pay Range: ?$26.00-32.00 per hour
