Description

We are in search of a contract Sr. Accountant to join our team located in EVANSVILLE, Indiana. As a Sr. Accountant, you will be entrusted with the task of handling account and balance sheet reconciliation, bank reconciliations, and general ledger management, among other responsibilities. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage and reconcile accounts

Oversee balance sheet reconciliation

Conduct regular bank reconciliations

Maintain and manage the general ledger

Prepare and record journal entries

Utilize Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

Efficiently handle month-end close processes

Operate Quickbooks Online for financial tasks and report generation

Requirements

Proficiency in Account Reconciliation

Demonstrated expertise in Balance Sheet Reconciliation

Experience in performing Bank Reconciliations

Proficiency in managing General Ledger

Ability to prepare Journal Entries

Proficient in using Microsoft Excel

Experience in handling Month End Close procedures

Proficiency in Quickbooks Online is required
