This behind-the-scenes role is critical to ensuring seamless client service, data accuracy, and timely document processing-perfect for detail-oriented professionals who thrive in a structured, supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and process insurance documents (policies, renewals,

endorsements, etc.)

Handle daily downloads and reporting from carrier systems

Manage incoming physical mail and scan documents into internal

systems

Support internal teams with servicing requests and email

communications

Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy data

Deliver outstanding service and uphold company standards

Learn insurance operations and work toward a Property & Casualty

license

What You Bring:

Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to handle repetitive tasks with consistency and accuracy

Strong written communication and problem-solving abilities

High level of confidentiality and self-motivation

A team-first attitude and willingness to learn

High school diploma (required); customer service experience

preferred

Must be in the Chicagoland area and able to work onsite once per

week
