Job Type:Regular Invest in you, Join Agropur. We Dairy You! Agropur is actively seeking an Isolate Reactor Operator at our Le Sueur, Minnesota location. How Agropur Invests in you: Schedule: 6 AM to 6 PM on a 2-2-3 rotating shift Starting pay at $27.00/hr Two pay increases in the first year up to $1.00 $1.50 Shift Differential + Double Time on Sunday Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Short and Long-term Disability Insurance 401(k) with up to a 7% company match 3 Weeks PTO 7 paid holidays and 2 floating holidays Paid parental leave Advancement Opportunities Healthy work/life balance Tuition Reimbursement What this role is about: Operate and sanitize all key pieces of dairy processing equipment involved with the Whey Protein Department. Learn and execute advanced startup and shutdown procedures of equipment. Run state-of-the-art equipment involved with the isolation of protein products. Regulate production factors such as solids, temperature, pH, and make adjustments to meet all set points. Perform frequent readings and log up to 50 variables per hour. Operate Clean-In-Place (CIP) cycles on equipment, troubleshoot maintenance of machinery if necessary. Clean and sanitize all areas of the Protein Department including walls, floors, and equipment according to a Master Sanitation schedule. Assist all other coworkers with tasks and duties that are within the department as assigned. Maintain a safe and clean work environment. Performs other duties as assigned. What you need: High School Diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and understand SOP's and SSOP's. Understand and troubleshoot product flow's and equipment. Computer literate. Understand and obey all Good Manufacturing Practice. Ability to work in a fast paced environment. Good to excellent spelling, grammar and written communication skills.
