b Description

Essential Functions:

Understand and implement UL 508A standards in panel designs.

Create UL compliant electrical schematics to wire powered filtration systems utilizing CAD software.

Create Bill of Materials (BOMs) and work instructions

Interpret assembly drawings to properly manufacture panels and filtration systems.

Able to meet the requirements light and heavy assembler positions.

Proficiency in the use of hand, power, and specialized measuring tools to ensure systems are dimensionally correct per the assembly drawings.

Ability to work by oneself and in a team environment.

Forming and bending of metal tubing to specification

Perform functional testing of powdered filtration systems per customer specifications.

Comply with all standard work practices and standard operating procedures.

Keep work area clean and organized.

Comply with all EHS and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) policies and procedures.

Qualifications:

High school diploma/GED required.

Control panel building: 3 years (Required) building to UL 508A: 3 years (Preferred)

UL MTR Certification to 508A current or ability to obtain (Required)

Computer skills, AutoCAD, Excel, Word etc.

Consistent attendance and punctuality

Basic plumbing and assembly skills

Ability to work in a team environment toward a common goal.

Perform a variety of tasks safely throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.

Physical Requirements:

Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.

Stand for an extended amount of time.

Working in and/or around loud machinery

The ability to handle repetitive motion.
