Job Title: Electrical Controls Engineer

Job Description

As an Electrical Controls Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of projects from inception to completion. Working closely with our lead engineering and management team, you will gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and execution.

Responsibilities

Assist project managers in planning and executing projects, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

Collaborate with team members to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and contribute to project risk assessments and mitigation strategies.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct research, analysis, and evaluations to support project decision-making processes and provide technical input as needed.

Learn and execute PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) programming under the guidance of lead engineers, contributing to the automation and control systems of various projects.

Prepare and maintain project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and technical specifications, under the guidance of lead engineers.

Support in resolving project-related issues and challenges in a timely and effective manner, escalating issues to lead management as necessary.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

This is a fully onsite position in Brookfield,WI.
