About the Role

The Client Coordinator is a core part of the sales team, supporting the Head of Industry and Client Leads, to provide the best-in-class client service to our media partners. The Client Coordinator will help create media decks, help with some aspects of account management, will become knowledgeable in all aspects of the sales process, and will learn and understand the full suite of NYT products across all platforms. This role is a great opportunity for individuals looking to build a career in advertising within a Media and/or Publishing environment. You will report to the Director, Business Operations & Enablement.

Responsibilities:

Create and organize decks for proposals by using templates, pulling together product slides, submitting insights requests and working with sales, strategy and manager.

Support the development of the RFP process by serving as a liason on print products.

Utilize Salesforce to maintain key account information, assist with forecasting through tracking print insertions and providing sales with print numbers.

For proposals, at the direction of the seller, initiate internal rate discussions with appropriate teams and/or stakeholders.

Communicate with COF, request/submit reservations, positions and communicate about RA's for billing.

Respond to servicing and information requests from team members; work with various internal teams to gather information for customers, or to fulfill requests, such as tickets for events, comp subscriptions, copy requests, etc.

Track spending for print and digital advertising when necessary.

Assist HoI and sellers with POD related organizational tasks (i.e. creating monthly meeting presentations, taking notes, etc.).

Review NDA contracts with the Legal Department, alert sellers about changes/corrections.

Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.

Perform related work as assigned in a timely manner, meeting deadlines.

Support various Sales Operations projects and work streams as appropriate.

Basic Qualifications:

Proficiency in Google and Microsoft office applications

Preferred Qualifications:

BS/BA degree

Familiarity with sales and data management tools such as SalesForce

The annual base pay range for this role is between:

$67,626 - $67,626 USD
