Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Assistant to support our team. This role serves as a key point of contact for customers, assisting with sales activities and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, maintain accurate records, and coordinate with internal teams to meet customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, offering accurate information about products and services.

Assist the sales team with order management, ensuring orders are processed accurately and in a timely manner.

Maintain up-to-date customer records within the CRM system.

Collaborate with departments such as logistics, finance, and production to support order fulfillment and delivery timelines.

Support marketing efforts, including promotional events, customer outreach, and trade show coordination.

Help identify sales opportunities through upselling and cross-selling strategies.

Perform administrative duties such as preparing sales documents, scheduling meetings, and handling invoice processing.

Ensure data accuracy in internal systems and spreadsheets.

Handle basic logistical tasks, including picking up or delivering shipments and obtaining office supplies.

Communicate with customers to follow up on payment statuses and assist with account updates.

Requirements

Qualifications:

Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in a similar administrative or sales support role

Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment

Strong customer service and communication skills

Accurate and efficient data entry capabilities

Proficient in managing email communications and follow-ups

Skilled in Microsoft Excel and Word

Experience processing orders and managing order entry systems

Ability to coordinate and schedule appointments

Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software
