Administrative Internship Opportunity - (Finance / Purchasing/Inventory)

Martin-Baker America is seeking an Administrative Intern for our Finance/Purchasing/Inventory Departments. Our Administrative Intern is responsible for assisting the Finance, Procurement, and Inventory teams with administrative duties, including but not limited to the following.

Primary Responsibilities will include:

Finance - Fixed Asset Verification

Finance / Procurement - W9 & CoI for Indirect Suppliers

Finance / Procurement - QN / GRIR cleanup assistance

Inventory - Assist with daily tasks (i.e.: block stock report, inventory verification, etc.)

Procurement - Assists with maintaining complete and accurate purchasing data in the ERP system

Analysis as requested

Experience/Education:

We are seeking individuals who are pursuing a degree in Business Operations, Procurement, Logistics, Supply Chain or another related field

Some Study or concentration in supply chain management or logistics and a basic understanding of common manufacturing processes

Must have a strong background in Microsoft Office. With proficiency in Excel

Required Specific Skills:

This position requires a functional understanding of Microsoft Office Software, a positive attitude, and a commitment to providing high-level customer service to stakeholders across various functional levels. Additionally, it demands a willingness to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.

Communications:

Position requires the ability to make presentations to management, and suppliers both orally and in writing. Position requires the ability to clearly communicate information to peers and superiors and a motivated attitude and an eagerness to learn negotiation strategies.
