Pay Rate: Based on experience
Work Hours: M-F 8am-5pm
Education: Associate degree preferred but not required

Description:
The Customer Service Coordinator II serves as a key liaison between customers and the business, managing assigned domestic and international customer accounts to ensure error-free transaction execution. Responsibilities include processing orders, quoting prices, tracking shipments, and maintaining customer databases. This role requires the ability to navigate complex logistics, support global teams, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Manage assigned customer accounts and ensure order accuracy and timeliness using PeopleSoft (PS) and SAP systems
Handle logistics components via Origin Manager for export and offshore-sourced NA orders
Create shipping templates and work with GLO for routing and carrier coordination
Maintain and develop processes for global customer service (CS) teams
Create/maintain electronic purchase orders (ePOs) and ensure approvals
Approve invoices and verify transaction details
Ensure compliance with customs regulations for designated shipment locations
Assist global CS teams as needed
Create and issue credits/rebates; update RMA system accordingly
Develop knowledge of product/pricing to generate RFQs and quotes
Monitor open orders and shipment reports to meet delivery commitments
Track and confirm shipment deliveries; take corrective actions when necessary
Maintain accurate customer profiles and agreements in internal systems
Respond to customer inquiries within 24 hours
Build technical knowledge of fiber products to better serve customer needs
Collaborate across departments: Planning, Shipping, QA, IT, Finance, and others
Resolve customer payment discrepancies with Commercial Ops
Participate in special projects and business initiatives as needed
Support sales teams with relevant reports and analysis
Required Skills:
2+ years of experience in a customer service or corporate environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
Strong interpersonal and team collaboration skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Knowledge of SAP order fulfillment systems
Excel proficiency
Ability to lead and embrace change
Strong initiative and self-motivation
Experience in logistics or international shipping environments
