Employment Solutions is looking for a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to manage customer orders, coordinate logistics, and serve as the link between customers and internal teams for our Client in Corning, NY. You'll handle both domestic and international transactions, ensuring accurate order processing and exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

Manage customer accounts and process orders using SAP and PeopleSoft.

Coordinate logistics for international shipments via Origin Manager---including carrier selection, bookings, and export compliance.

Maintain customer profiles, pricing agreements, and order documentation.

Resolve issues related to orders, shipments, credits, and customer inquiries.

Track shipments and ensure delivery aligns with customer expectations.

Collaborate with internal teams (Shipping, Planning, Finance, Commercial Ops, etc.).

Support the sales team with reporting and special projects as needed.

Qualifications

Required:

2+ years of customer service or corporate office experience (preferred).

Strong attention to detail and time management.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Teams, SharePoint).

Highly organized, adaptable, and a strong team player.

Experience with SAP, PeopleSoft, and Excel.

Knowledge of logistics/export processes and order fulfillment.

Ability to support and drive process improvements.
