Job Title: Industrial EngineerJob Description

We are seeking an experienced Industrial Engineer for a 6-12 month contract with the possibility of extension. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting time studies on the manufacturing floor, documenting work instructions for value streams, and identifying potential waste and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities

Conduct time studies on the manufacturing floor.

Document work instructions for value streams.

Identify and document potential waste on the floor and suggest improvements.

Spend the majority of time working on the manufacturing floor.

Essential Skills

Industrial engineering expertise.

Experience in conducting time studies.

Process improvement skills.

Degree in Engineering (Industrial or Manufacturing preferred).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Any time study experience is a plus.

Work Environment

The role requires spending a majority of the time on the manufacturing floor. The candidate will be working closely with production teams to identify and implement process improvements. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, focusing on continuous improvement and efficiency.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $32.00 - $38.00/hr.
