Role
As a Real Estate Specialist (RES), you will be responsible for reviewing and interpreting real estate documents to confirm accuracy and completeness of critical data pertaining to Crowns assets. The RES will work closely with peers and cross functional business partners to resolve data issues and maintain consistency of how the data flows and is represented in the companys databases.
Responsibilities
Review and interpret various Real Estate documents to certify accuracy and completeness of critical site and lease information in applicable company databases, including but not limited to, CCIsites/Readiness/BPM/LRM/Microsoft SharePoint
Accountable for accuracy and governance of real estate data
Engage and collaborate with a variety of stakeholders to standardize and align processes and organizational objectives around business needs
Drive large volume projects with varying levels of urgency and complexity while providing timely updates to stakeholders and customers; escalate matters, when needed, to ensure timely completion of all projects and tasks
Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and drive, as well as the ability to work well with diverse teams.
Direct and resolve post-closing activity necessary to mitigate risk and ensure contractual and operational commitments are fulfilled
Work with functional groups and local attorneys (if needed) to research and proactively resolve property and site matters
Ability to produce, interpret, and communicate key metrics and milestones across various lines of business and levels of the organization.
Education/Certifications
Bachelors degree in Business, Urban Planning, or equivalent work experience
Experience/Minimum Requirements
Two (2) to five (5) or more years of real estate experience
Wireless industry experience preferred but not required
Zoning and Permitting experience preferred but not required

Ability to read and translate land surveys, construction drawings, legal descriptions, and other legal documents

Working Conditions:This role falls into our hybrid work model working in the office Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. On Mondays and Fridays, teammates on the hybrid schedule will have the option to work from the office or home. There is an expectation of collaboration with teammates and stakeholders for moments that matter that could require travel.
The pay range offered for this position is $64,500- $105,300 annually. A candidates offer is determined by various factors including but not limited to, depth of experience, role-related knowledge and skills, relevant education or training, internal alignment, and work location. Depending on the position offered, the compensation package may also include incentive compensation opportunities in the form of a discretionary annual cash bonus or commissions, and equity incentives. Employees (and their families) are eligible for medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are able to enroll in our companys 401k plan. Employees will also receive a minimum of 18 days of paid time off each year and 12 paid holidays throughout the calendar year.
