Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Administrator to assist with various HR functions, including payroll processing, onboarding, and recruiting support. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Assist in processing payroll on a bi-weekly/monthly basis.

Ensure accurate data entry of employee hours and deductions.

Respond to payroll inquiries and resolve discrepancies.

Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing orientation materials and scheduling training sessions.

Conduct new employee orientations to introduce company policies and culture.

Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.

Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings on various platforms.

Screen resumes and schedule interviews for potential candidates.

Coordinate communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality

The position is onsite, Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr.

Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
