Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Marketing Assistant in the Non-Profit industry, based in Arden, North Carolina, 28704, United States. As a Marketing Assistant, you will be instrumental in coordinating blood drive events, liaising with coordinators at partnering businesses, and collaborating with the marketing team to create promotional materials.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials for blood drive events

Act as a liaison with blood drive coordinators at partnering businesses, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration

Coordinate and organize blood drive events, ensuring all details are meticulously planned and executed

Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate 1st/2nd shift work as well as weekend duties

Manage and maintain accurate records of customer accounts, ensuring all information is up-to-date and relevant

Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner

Oversee the processing of customer credit applications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency

Conduct follow-up interviews with candidates, utilizing platforms such as Zoom for virtual interactions

Utilize skills in email marketing and direct marketing campaigns to enhance promotional efforts

Undertake account management responsibilities, maintaining key accounts and ensuring optimal customer satisfaction. Requirements - Proficient in Email Marketing techniques and strategies.

Experience in executing Direct Marketing Campaigns.

Proven ability in Account Management.

Capability to handle Account Maintenance tasks effectively.

Expertise in Key Account Management.

Skilled in Scheduling tasks and activities.

Experience in Coordinating Events.

Proven track record in Event Coordination.
