Accounting Specialist

Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for an Accounting Specialist at our location in Irwin, Pennsylvania. This role primarily revolves around the financial industry, with a focus on account reconciliation, accounts payable and receivable, invoice processing, and data entry.

Responsibilities:

Accurately process customer credit applications.

Manage and maintain precise customer credit records.

Address and resolve any customer inquiries promptly.

Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action as needed.

Perform account reconciliation to ensure accuracy.

Handle accounts payable and receivable tasks.

Conduct billing procedures and invoice processing.

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP for data entry and other related tasks. Requirements - Proficiency in Account Reconciliation is required

Prior experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is necessary

Knowledge and handling of Accounts Receivable (AR) is essential

Proficient in Billing procedures and systems

Must have strong Data Entry skills

Experience in Invoice Processing is a must

Expertise in Microsoft Excel is essential

Working knowledge of Oracle is required

Familiarity with QuickBooks software is necessary

Proficiency in SAP is mandatory
