Customer Service Representative

Description We are offering a permanent employment opportunity for a Customer Service Representative in the Healthcare and Social Assistance industry based in Greenville, South Carolina. The workplace will be an in-office setting where the selected individual will be an integral part of our team, primarily dealing with customer service and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

Communicating effectively with customers and internal teams

Processing and tracking customer orders diligently

Handling customer inquiries and resolving them promptly

Keeping a record of all customer interactions and transactions

Responding to customer emails using Outlook

Utilizing Microsoft Teams for internal communication and coordination

Ensuring customer credit applications are processed accurately

Maintaining up-to-date and accurate records of customer credit

Limited inbound call handling, mostly focusing on email correspondence

Coordinating with shipping teams for order processing and delivery. Requirements - Proven experience in handling inbound calls in a detail-oriented manner

Proficiency in call center customer service standards and practices

Exceptional customer service skills, with a customer-first mindset

Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy

Experience in managing email correspondence in a detail-oriented setting

Ability to handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data management and analysis

Proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing

Experience with order entry, ensuring accuracy and timeliness

Ability to schedule appointments effectively, prioritizing based on urgency and importance TalentMatch®
