Description

We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an Office Assistant, located in Bloomington, Minnesota. As an Office Assistant, your role will encompass a variety of administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

Utilize Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel for various administrative tasks

Coordinate and manage educational and marketing events

Maintain accurate attendance records for all events

Provide administrative assistance to various departments as required

Draw upon your administrative experience to enhance office efficiency

Process customer inquiries and resolve any issues

Monitor and action customer accounts as necessary

Maintain detailed and precise customer records.

Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel is a must for creating, editing, and managing documents and data.

Experience in coordinating events, including educational and marketing events, is required.

Ability to accurately maintain attendance records for events and meetings.

Strong administrative skills are necessary for managing daily office tasks efficiently.

Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with patients, staff, and stakeholders.

High attention to detail and accuracy in all work.

Demonstrated ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to adapt to changing work demands and schedules.

Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

A positive attitude and proactive approach to problem-solving.
