Description We are offering a short-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Recruiter in MATTHEWS, North Carolina. As an HR Recruiter, your core function will be to conduct phone interviews for certain positions we are looking to fill. You will be working primarily with HRIS recruiting systems and will be expected to deliver results swiftly and efficiently.

Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth phone interviews for hourly positions.

Utilizing HRIS recruiting systems to streamline the recruitment process.

Using Paylocity and other platforms to manage and track recruitment activities.

Collaborating with the team to identify the best candidate based on our needs.

Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR-related tasks.

Applying your skills in Asynchronous Transfer Mode (ATS) and Careerbuilder for efficient recruitment.

Leveraging CRM and About Time tools for effective time management and customer relations.

Managing Applicant Track System to oversee the progress of all applicants.

Performing background checks and managing benefit functions as part of the recruitment process.

Utilizing excellent communication skills to interact with potential candidates and the team. Requirements - Proficiency in ADP - Financial Services is required

Must be experienced with ADP Workforce Now

Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is needed

Knowledge of Careerbuilder is essential

Proficiency in CRM is expected

Experience with About Time software is required

Must be able to efficiently use Applicant Track System

Ability to conduct Background Checks is necessary

Understanding of Benefit Functions is required

Strong Communication skills are essential

Must be familiar with Paylocity software TalentMatch®
