Our B2B Tech client is looking for a Content Curator to join their team for a 6 month contract opportunity w/ potential to extend. This role focuses on organizing and presenting content in a way that is simple and impactful for customers. The Content Curator will be responsible for creating, curating, and managing content for the digital customer experience platform. The ideal candidate excels at distilling complex information into clear, user-friendly formats and thrives in a fast-paced, content-focused environment.

Responsibilities:

Curate and publish high-quality, engaging content, such as articles, blog posts, FAQs, product updates, and knowledge articles.

Create and manage workflows in content management systems, ensuring efficiency, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.

Maintain content governance by ensuring brand consistency, tone, and style across all digital materials.

Collaborate with stakeholders, including information architects and subject matter experts, to maintain content quality, relevance, and consistency.

Use analytics tools to monitor content performance within the community and optimize content strategies based on insights.

Maintain a content calendar to ensure a steady stream of fresh, relevant content for stakeholders and community members.

Identify content gaps and trends to enhance community engagement and customer satisfaction.

Provide leadership and mentorship to other Content Curators as needed.

Requirements

Requirements:

5+ years of experience in content curation, community management, or digital marketing within SaaS or technology environments

Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment with multiple priorities.

Strong editorial skills to create and present engaging, clear, and consistent content from multiple sources.

Proficiency in XML/HTML/CSS for web-based content publication.

Customer-focused mindset with an interest in driving customer satisfaction and engagement.

Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple content pieces, projects, and deadlines.

Strong collaboration and communication skills, with proven ability to work across cross-functional teams and build relationships.

Advanced expertise in content lifecycle management, including versioning, editing, approval workflows, and archival processes.

Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., AEM, Drupal, WordPress).

Experience with collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.

Experience with content localization and translation strategies for global audiences.

Proficiency in SEO principles and using analytics tools for content performance metrics.
