Job Description:
USSTRATCOM is a Combatant Command responsible for strategic deterrence, nuclear operations, and enterprise IT services essential to national security. It oversees Nuclear Command, Control, and Communications (NC3), Joint Electromagnetic Spectrum Operations (JEMSO), Global Strike, and Missile Threat Assessments, working closely with other Combatant Commands, Services, and defense agencies.
SCITLS will be a key component that will ensure mission success and the safety of the U.S. and its allies by providing 24/7 IT services and network support for NIPRNet, SIPRNet, JWICS, and SAP/SAR environments.

The SCITLS SharePoint User Support will be a critical link in ensuring the effective operation of vital systems and facilitating the success of the SCITLS mission.
HOW A SCITLS SHAREPOINT USER SUPPORT WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
Provides user support to assist system administrators
Creates and maintains the various collaboration solutions
Successfully responds to user requests for assistance via ServiceNow incidents
Collaborates on architecture upgrades and consolidations
Interfaces with internal and external program staff to provide access to program data via collaboration tools
Assists with external account requests and access issues
Analyzes user requests and incidents to determine level of complexity and the priority
Identifies and implements resolutions
WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED
Education: Technical Training, Certification(s) or Degree (or equivalent experience)
Required Experience: 1+ years of related experience with Microsoft SharePoint Support
Required Technical Skills:
Experience providing support and assisting with issues for Microsoft SharePoint users
Experience responding to and resolving incidents in the ServiceNow platform
Required Certification 1 (Must possess or be able to obtain within 9 months of start): ITIL® 4: IT Service Management (ITSM) Certification
Required Certification 2 (Must possess or be able to obtain within 30 days of start one of the following):
CompTia A+ -or- CompTia Network+ -or- CompTia Security+ -or- EC-Council Certified Network Defender (CND)
Security Clearance Level: Must possess active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Required Skills and Abilities:
Excellent communication skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience troubleshooting incidents and providing user support
Preferred Certifications:
ITIL 4 Foundations
Microsoft Certified SharePoint Administrator Associate

The likely salary range for this position is $64,175 - $86,825. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
