Accounts Payable Clerk

Description We are in search of an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team in Acton, Massachusetts. In this role, you will be working within the industry, ensuring the accurate and efficient processing of accounts payable operations. This offers a long term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Efficiently manage customer credit applications

Keep customer credit records up to date

Respond to customer queries in a timely and detail-oriented manner

Monitor customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary

Handle account reconciliation duties

Ensure accurate processing of accounts payable (AP)

Conduct regular check runs

Be responsible for coding invoices

Perform data entry tasks as required

Manage invoice processing

Utilize Microsoft Excel, Oracle, QuickBooks, and SAP in daily tasks. Requirements - Proficiency in Account Reconciliation and maintaining accurate financial records.

Experience in handling Accounts Payable (AP) with efficiency and accuracy.

Ability to perform Check Runs in a timely and reliable manner.

Expertise in Coding Invoices, ensuring all invoices are properly coded and categorized.

Strong Data Entry skills, with a focus on detail and accuracy.

Proven experience in Invoice Processing, ensuring all invoices are processed and paid in a timely manner.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, utilizing the software for financial tracking and reporting.

Familiarity with Oracle for managing financial databases and systems.

Experience in using QuickBooks for managing business payments, bills, and payroll functions.

Knowledge of SAP, specifically in relation to managing financial transactions and reporting.
