Our client is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join their team. As a Administrative Assistant you will be part of the office staff supporting the business.

Job Title: Administrative Assistant

Location: Bridgeport, WV

Pay Range: $15-17

What's the Job?

Answer phones and greet visitors.

Schedule appointments and maintain calendars.

Prepare communications such as memos, emails, invoices, reports and other correspondence.

Create and maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical.

Manage accounts and perform light bookkeeping.

What's Needed?

Proven experience as an administrative assistant or similar role.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor's degree preferred.
