Job Title: Administrative AssistantJob Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for scheduling vendors for sensitive document removal and shredding, auditing historic documentation files, allocating correct records of information, and compiling sensitive information for record filing.

Responsibilities

Schedule and coordinate with vendors for the removal and shredding of sensitive documents.

Audit historic documentation files to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Allocate correct records of information in accordance with company policies and procedures.

Compile sensitive information for record filing and maintain organized filing systems.

Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to support the team.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably handling sensitive information.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.

Experience with database management systems such as Ariba, SAP, and SharePoint.

Experience in project coordination, data entry, and database management.

Experience managing and scheduling vendor activity.

Compliance, audit, and document control experience.

Work Environment

This position is fully remote, but candidates must reside in the greater Puget Sound area. The role primarily involves interaction with other groups via written communication rather than calls or meetings. While it is unlikely, there may be occasions where the candidate could be asked to visit a local office for document review of sensitive information.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $28.00/hr.
