Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Manufacturing Associate to join their team 2nd Shift team. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, mechanical inclination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Associate

Location: Brea, CA

Pay Range: $21/hr

Schedule: M-F 2:30pm-12am and 8hrs on Saturday

What's the Job?

Follow visual instructions to complete small part assemblies

Utilize various hand tools and production equipment as necessary

Visually inspect parts that are made

Recognize and solve minor issues during production

Perform other duties that may be assigned

What's Needed?

High School Diploma or equivalent

6 months - 1 year of manufacturing experience

Able to lift 25 lbs frequently and 50+lbs occasionally

Previous experience in the metal manufacturing/aerospace industry

Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently
