Junior Manufacturing Engineer

Job Description

Plan and execute complex manufacturing engineering tasks across various production lines.

Develop manufacturing concepts for product quotations, ensuring efficiency and compliance with engineering and quality standards.

Participate in product development, design reviews, and approve engineering drawings for smooth production transitions.

Provide technical support to supervisors, coordinate tooling plans, and oversee production phases.

Act as a liaison between departments to resolve production issues and ensure effective communication.

Review and approve engineering documentation, investigate design/process changes, and manage non-conforming materials.

Conduct cost analyses and recommend vendors for specific product lines.

Provide guidance to Manufacturing Engineering and Technicians, and lead Lean Manufacturing initiatives such as 6S and Kaizen events.

Salary Range: 85-95k

Skills and Requirements

-Engineering Bachelor's Degree

-Aerospace experience

-Familiar with metal work

-Experience with manufacturing routers & BOMS

-Welding knowledge - Inconel experience
