Our client, a leader in the logistics industry, is seeking a Customer Service Representative I to join their team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be part of the Last Mile department supporting a dynamic team dedicated to delivering exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, the ability to multitask, and exceptional organizational skills which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Customer Service Representative I

Location: Cranbury, NJ

Pay Range: $18.50 per hour

What's the Job?

Assist customers and business partners via telephone and email.

Handle customer complaints in a calm, professional manner.

Diagnose, assess, and resolve problems or issues.

Monitor progress of delivery routes.

Process changes or cancellations to delivery orders.

What's Needed?

Experience with Microsoft Office programs such as MS Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

High school diploma or equivalent.

1-year related experience preferably within a call center environment.

Strong customer service skills and the ability to satisfactorily resolve issues.

Ability to thrive under pressure while delivering solutions that exceed customer expectations.
