Account Manager

Wage: $50,000-$60,000/ year

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years of age.

Associate degree OR a combination of education and experience equivalent to 3 years of responsible experience in the security industry and/or business management.

Additional relevant experience may substitute for the required education (one calendar year of experience equates to one academic year of education).

Ability to work across all shifts: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.

Must hold a valid driver's license.

The Account Manager position helps maintain a safe and secure environment for our clients by managing the security services and related operations provided to an assigned group of smaller accounts including client service and problem resolution, service enhancement and expansion, new business development, operational effectiveness, preparation of post orders, staffing, scheduling, supervision and training.

As an Account Manager you will be performing a variety of management functions for assigned accounts; while providing lead direction to Security Supervisors on requirements, priorities of work and coordinating any necessary needs of the site. If you have experience in positions like Operations Manager, Site Supervisor or Account Manager this role is a great fit for you.
