PlanITROI seeks energetic and motivated General Warehouse Team Members to play a key role in our fast-paced, high-impact operations. If you're looking for a hands-on role where your contributions make a real difference, this is the opportunity for you! You'll help ensure our warehouse runs smoothly by cleaning, decaling, picking, and packing, all while working in a dynamic environment that values teamwork, efficiency, and innovation.

Your Role in the Mission:

Lightly clean, apply decals, and pack refurbished devices with precision and care to meet daily production goals.

Conduct quality checks to ensure all devices meet our rigorous standards before shipment.

Perform minor repairs on packaging materials and equipment to keep operations running smoothly.

Monitor and replenish inventory for packaging materials to ensure seamless production flow.

Organize and stock supply rooms so team members have easy access to necessary materials.

Follow all safety protocols to maintain a secure and efficient work environment.

Track daily production metrics and report any discrepancies to your supervisor.

What We're Looking For:

People who want to go to work every day!

Must be 18 years or older.

Previous experience in a warehouse environment is a plus but not required-we'll train the right candidate!

Strong attention to detail when cleaning, decaling, and packing devices.

Ability to lift 7 lbs. regularly and up to 30 lbs. occasionally.

Comfortable standing for up to 8 hours per shift.

Effective communication skills in English.

Basic computer skills for recording and reporting tasks.

A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
