We are seeking a highly experienced Functional SME with 10 to 14 years of experience in Sales and Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a strong Expertise in Life Science Commercial Operations. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of Commercial Data and Analytics. Should be a expertise in applying CRM systems to manage customer interactions track sales activities and generate insights.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Strong Expertise in Life Science Commercial Operations. This signifies a deep understanding of the core functions within a life science commercial organization particularly in areas related to sales and marketing Targeting.
Developing and implementing strategies to identify and reach the most valuable customer segments This includes defining patient targeting applying segmentation techniques and optimizing outreach efforts
Field Enablement: Providing the sales force with the tools, resources and training they need to be successful. This encompasses sales materials, technology solutions and knowledge management
Alignments: Designing and managing sales territories and organizational structures to ensure optimal coverage and efficiency. This includes territory planning resource allocation and performance management
CRM Customer Relationship Management
Expertise in applying CRM systems to manage customer interactions, track sales activities and generate insights This includes understanding CRM functionalities data management and reporting
Subnational Analytics: Analyzing data at a granular level eg regional local to identify trends, opportunities and challenges This includes applying data visualization tools and statistical methods to extract actionable insights
Well Versed with Commercial Data and Analytics: This emphasizes the candidate's ability to work with and interpret complex commercial data It implies proficiency in
Data collection and management
Data analysis and interpretation.
Generating insights and recommendations.
Using data visualization tools.
Advisory Role and High-Level Communication.
This role is not simply about performing tasks but providing strategic guidance and recommendations to clients.
Required Qualifications:
Life science Commercial Operations
Pharma sales knowledge
Well versed with Targeting Field enablement Salesforce alignment CRM and analytics
Previous consultancy experience
Certifications Required:
Certified Sales Executive (CSE) Certified Marketing Management Professional (CMMP)
Salary and Other Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is between $66,000 to $130,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
