Emmy Squared Athens is seeking experienced Restaurant Servers to join our growing team! As part of the Pizza Loves Emily Restaurant Group, Emmy Squared Pizza is a full-service, upscale casual restaurant serving a delicious menu of Detroit-style pizza, award-winning burgers, and sandwiches. With over 20 locations nationwide, including New York City, Philadelphia, Washington D.C.,Charlotte, Atlanta, Louisville, Nashville and more.

We are seeking hospitality professionals who are passionate about delivering exceptional service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide courteous, prompt service to all guests.

Adhere to Emmy Squared Steps of Service.

Accurately enter guest orders into the Toast POS system.

Demonstrate full knowledge of menu and beverage offerings.

Personalize the guest experience by anticipating needs and offering thoughtful recommendations.

Communicate guest requests, including dietary restrictions, to culinary staff.

Perform opening and closing duties.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Maintain a positive and outgoing demeanor throughout service.

Promote a safe work environment for guests and co-workers.

Follow all company policies and procedures.

Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

Qualifications:

Minimum 1 year of serving experience in a high-volume restaurant.

Strong customer service, cash handling, and problem-solving skills.

Understanding of responsible alcohol service.

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining high service standards.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Passion for hospitality and the food & beverage industry.

Flexible schedule availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Ability to lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs.

Frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting required.

Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods.
