Paralegal/Executive Assistant Details

Paralegal essential job duties:

Will report directly to Corporate Counsel.

Supports Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Counsel with respect to billing, fraud/abuse and related projects.

Assists in the preparation of legal documents, contracts, and agreements.

Conduct legal research and identify relevant statutes, regulations, case law, and other legal sources.

Executive Assistant essential job duties:

Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and arranging travel logistics.

Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other business documents for internal and external meetings.

Coordinate communication and correspondence on behalf of the executive team, including handling phone calls, emails, and mail.

Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Organize and prioritize tasks and projects, ensuring timely completion and execution.

Maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.

Support the executive team in preparing and tracking budgets, expenses, and other financial documents.

Education, Training & Experience

Bachelor's degree or Paralegal certification preferred.

Proven experience as a paralegal and executive assistant, ideally in a law firm or corporate setting.

Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and documentation.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and legal software (e.g. LexisNexis, Clio) .

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Professional demeanor and the ability to handle confidential information.
